Abstract

PURPOSE: To save waste of raw material by providing hot melt coated layer only in required places, and to eliminate one process by coating the hot melt layers is a printing process.
CONSTITUTION: A base material 1 for packing is supplied in a printing process provided by converting one of printing units in a printing machine into a coating unit for hot melt layer, and then decorative elements such as patterns, pictures, letters, etc. are color printed on the base material 1. Further, automatic packing speed can be increased according to easily obtainable sealing ability at lower temperature.
