Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable changing of display specifications of calendar display easily, by constituting so that the display pattern of display device and clock circuit may be beforehand selectively preset in various calendar display specifications. CONSTITUTION:An electro-optical display device 2 is driven and controlled by a clock circuit 3. Switches SW1 to SW3 are provided in a control circuit 9. The switch SW1 selects each correction digit of the time and calendar displayed in the display device 2; the switch SW2 changes over the display device 2 between the time display and calendar display; and the switch SW3 changes the setting of the calendar display specifications displayed in the display device 2. It is so constituted that the display pattern of the display device 2 and the clock circuit 3 may be selectively preset to various calendar display specifications. Hence, according to the preference of the user, the display specifications of the calendar display may be changed easily as compared with the time display.
