CONSTITUTION:A number of line sensors 11-1-11-n are arranged at photo sensor part 11 with separation by channel stoppers 14, and the storage and transfer of the pickup are repeated with the pulses applied to terminals phiVA1, phiVA2 and phiVA3. Storage part 22 contains line storage parts 22-1-22-n which feature the same width as the line sensor at the area adjacent to part 11 and the wider width toward line transfer part 13. Part 22 stores temporarily the charge sent from part 11 and then send it to part 13 via the pulses applied to terminals phiVB1, phiVB2 and phiVB3.
