Abstract

PURPOSE: To check the resonance of the stator frame otherwise caused by the core vibration through adjustment of proper number of vibration for partition by mounting a circular reinforced plate on the circumference thereof for supporting the core in the onsite installation.
CONSTITUTION: A circular reinforced plate 5 is mounted on the circumference of a partition 3 for supporting an iron core 1 with a horizontal spring plate 2 to check the resonance of the stator frame 4 with a proper number of vibration otherwise caused by forced vibration of the core 1 when the electric machine is installed on the site. With such an arrangement, in addition to prevention of such a resonance of the stator frame 4, the onsite mounting of the reinforced plate facilitates the transportation.
