CONSTITUTION: A) 100 parts by wt. of an acrylic resin having a glass transion temperature of -20W-50°C, a hydroxyl number of 60W160, and a molecular weight measured by using gel permeation chromatography of 10,000W30,000, prepared by copolymerizing 50W100 wt.% of (meth)acrylate having 1W12C alkyl group with 50W0 wt.% of a polymerizable monomer, e.g., styrene or acrylamide, is blended with B) 25W100 parts by wt. of an amino-formaldehyde resin etherified by a monofunctional alcohol having 1W4C shown by the formula ROH (R is methyl, ethyl, or propyl, etc.).
