Abstract

PURPOSE: To devise to sprinkle tap water or the like over a garden and so on through an eaves through when necessary by providing several sprinkling perforations on the bottom of the eaves trough and equipping a trough-shaped cover in the longitudinal direction of the bottom of the eaves trough to be freely taken off from the lower side.

CONSTITUTION: An eaves trough 1 is provided with a longitudinal line of sprinkling perforations 2 in the bottom to be suspended under the eaves 4 of a house faced to a garden and the like. A cover 3 is used to be fitted to the bottom of the eaves trough 1 from the lower side for covering the sprinkling perforations 2, and shaped into an essentially U-shaped trough in its section. When it covers over the bottom of the eaves trough 1 from the lower side, it can be fixed on the eaves trough 1 to be freely taken off by fitting both-side pieces 3a and 3a and catching bent pieces 3b and 3b into catching grooves 1a and 1a provided on both outer sides of the eaves trough 1. In this construction, when the cover 3 is taken off according to necessity and tap water or the like is sprayed over a roof, water can be sprinkled over the garden and so on downward from sprinkling perforations 2 on the eaves trough 1.
