CONSTITUTION: A section within drywell void 2a of pipe of atomic reactor to supply cooling water to control rod driving condifuration 15 through pump 13, hydraulic control unit 14 and pipe by providing water source from the condenser 5 or condensing water storage tank 12 or both of them is covered with the cover 34. The void covered by the cover 34 is communicated with the void within the pedestal 35. Atmosphere within the drywell 2a cooled with the cooler 32 passes through the void of the cover 34, and allows to circulate to the drywell void 2a passing through the void of pedestal 35.
