Abstract
PURPOSE: To prevent completely the fault and other troubles for the deflecting circuit when the channels of different horizontal frequencies are received by discontinuing temporarily the operation of the horizontal deflecting circuit for a fixed time including the operation of the switching circuit which alters the operation terms of the deflecting circuit and the like.
CONSTITUTION: Control voltage generator circuit 1 generates the positive voltage and the DC signal of OV in case it selects the channel broadcasting the TV signals including high horizontal frequency fHh and in case the channel including low horizontal frequency fHl is selected respectively. And horizontal oscillator circuit 2 oscillates with horizontal oscillation central frequency fHh and fHl respectively according to its output, and the change of the control voltage is detected by horizontal frequency switch detection circuit 7. Thus, the change of the operation terms is detected for the deflecting circuit, etc. Here, the operation of the horizontal deflecting circuit is discontinued for a fixed time including the operation of switching circuit 8 which alters the operation terms of the deflecting circuit and others. In this way, the fault can be completely prevented for the deflecting circuit when the channels of different horizontal frequencies are received.
