Abstract

PURPOSE: To perform extraction of vehicles exceeding 10 t being an axle weight limit value and measurement of axile weight values by providing plural load detecting parts, loadage judgement means, adding means, discriminating circuits, etc. in ordinary roads having plural lanes.

CONSTITUTION: The output signals from detecting parts 81a thru 81j built-in with electric type load converters provided to 4-lane roads A thru D are averaged by averaging circuits 82a thru 82j and are applied to loadage judgememnt circuits 83a thru 83j. When the outputs of the averaging circuits 82 become above the preset threshold, the loadage judgement circuits 83 detect that the loads have been applied on the detecting parts 81 and adders 84a thru 84d add the electric signals of the continuous four detecting parts. Discrimination circuits 85a thru 85d discriminate whether axles have passed in the state where all of the axle weights are exerted onto the detecting parts of the addition targets of the respective adders 84 and whether the loads by other vehicles are applied or not to these detecting parts during the passage of said axles, based on the outputs of the loadage judgement means 83 and judge the effectiveness or non-effectiveness of the outputs of the adders 84.
