Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve the safety and efficiency of an exchange work, by computing and indicating a hoist load of a fuel exchanger corresponding to a water filling condition of a nuclear reactor and a pool. CONSTITUTION:A process output signal of a water-filling level detector 11 and a hoist position detector 12 is input to a function computing unit 30, where it is computed and after that it is input to a buoyancy correcting unit 31 as a buoyancy signal 106. Correcting load signals 109 and 111 are computed by means of the buoyancy signal 106 abd a load signal 105 detected by a load detector 13, and the signal 109 is input to a comparing and determining unit 32. A set data 108 of a set value memory unit 41 and the correcting load signal 109 are compared, and an automatic correction can be made corresponding to the buoyancy. On the other hand, a correcting load signal 111 is output to a load meter 14 through a process output device 22, and a normal load can be indicated irrespective of a wave buoyancy.
