Abstract

PURPOSE: To shorten the time required for adhering and to improve the work process, by supplying a compound containing a x-ray hardening resin into the electrode or its base to be adhered through a conductive adhesives then securing through irradiation of x-ray thus processing it with no heating.
CONSTITUTION: Conductive adhesives 2 is coated through screen printing on the transparent electrode 4 such as indium oxide located on the glass base 1 then it contacted immediately with another film base 6 such as polyimid arranged with wiring electrode 5. It is held at the position where it has desired electrode depth then a compound containing a x-ray hardening resin is supplied into the gap and the surrounding and radioactive ray such as ultraviolet ray is irradiated to harden it. Consequently it can be adhered and secured quickly at random time point resulting in the improvement of the work process.
