Abstract
PURPOSE: To enable easy interruption of a conduit by an inspection tool without adversely affecting alarm precision by providing a cover hole for fitting a brake fluid amount decrease alarm-fitted cover, a tubular wall, and a communication port for communication with a hydraulic pressure generating chamber.
CONSTITUTION: An inspection tool 122 is fitted in a chamber 96 inside a reservoir 4 through a cover hole 86 so that the bottom end is contacted with the bottom 140 of the chamber, an upper U-ring 136 is contacted with the interior peripheral wall of the cover hole 86, and a lower U-ring 138 is contacted with a conical face 114. The outside of the reservoir 4 is shielded from the inside by the U-ring 136, and the communication between the inside of hole 54 on the left of the cylinder portion 4 and the right and left chambers 94 and 98 of the reservoir passing through a conduit 108 on the left of a reservoir main body 5 is interrupted by the U-ring 138. Thus the brake systems are separated and can be inspected separately by feeding inspection pressure from the ports 124 and 130 of the inspection tool 122.
