Abstract

PURPOSE: A sheet is placed on a dope for foaming insulating meterial that is casted in the frame for forming and the surface of the dope is pressed with a plate for forming prescribed times before the dope is foamed and hardened, thus filling the insulating material completely until every corner in the frame and forming strong heat-insulating wall material.
CONSTITUTION: Frame 1 with an opening 2 at the top side is placed on transfer machine 11 and a dope of foaming heat-insulating material 13 is casted from caster 12 into frame 1. Simultaneously sheet 9 that has high adhesion to dope 13, high tensile strength and a number of perforates over the whole surface is placed on dope 13 and foaming is started. A plate 14 falls down and presses through sheet 9 the surface of dope 13 to flatten it and expand to the whole area of the frame until all corners become almost equal in thickness. Then plate 14 rises up and the dope 13 expands by foaming to press up sheet 9 until the level of the dope reaches almost the same height of the opening 2 of frame 1. At the same time, dope 13 swells up from the perforates 10 and hardens.
