Abstract
PURPOSE: To combine the mouth section of the dehydration tank and the tube in a constructive and firm manner through spot welding thereof at several points in a dehydration tank comopsed of a body and a tube mounted to the mouth section in which a saline solution or the like is sealed.
CONSTITUTION: A hollow endless tube 10 made of synthetic resin in which a saline solution is water sealed is mounted to the mouth section of a bottomed cylindrical dehydration body 1 made solidly of synthetic resin to improve the balancing performance. In a dehydration tank of this type, when the body 1 and a tube 10 are combined, an ultrasonic radiation is made for 2 to 5 sec., for example, with a phone 15 3 to 6 mm in diameter, for example, of an ultrasonic welder pressed thereagainst, after the tube 10 is inserted into the mouth section of the tank 1.
