Abstract

PURPOSE: To supply a high-precision compensation with a low cost in a short delivery time by generating an output voltage, which has a linear or curve gradient according to peripheral temperatures, to restrain oscillated frequency deviation to a fixed value.
CONSTITUTION: An output voltage which has a linear or curve gradient according to peripheral temperatures is generated by temperature/voltage converter 1 and is made of the input voltage of function circuit 2. Then, the compensating voltage approximating a desired compensation curve is generated in circuit 2 and is applied to variable capacity element 5 of crystal oscillator circuit 3, thereby restraining receiving frequency deviation to a fixed value. As a result, a high-precision compensation can be supplied with a low cost in a short delivery time.
