CONSTITUTION:An incinerated matter is dropped down from a hopper 13 to the fire grate 15 by opening a shutter plate 19. The moisture of the incinerated matter is eliminated by the flame of a burner 16 so that the matter is burned. Because the fire grate 15 obliquely extends down toward the door 14, the incinerated ash gradually descends and stays on the floor 10a near the door 14. The combustion gas from a primary combustion chamber 10 is conducted to a secondary combustion chamber 11 through a flue 12 so that the unburned substances of the combustion gas are completely burned by the flame of a burner 17 in the secondary combustion chamber 11. The combustion gas is discharged without smoke through a chimney 18. The incinerated ash can be easily taken out of the incinerator through the door 14.
