Abstract
PURPOSE: To prevent the rising and falling phenomena of a drum easily and speedily, by providing a synchronization adjusting mechanism which turns right and left supporting racks at the same angle and in symmetry between these supporting racks.
CONSTITUTION: Titled rotary drum 102 is supported by front and back and right and left supporting rollers 112 and is made to rotate freely with respect to base 110. These supporting rollers are supported by horizontal shafts 122 of supporting racks 114. Each of the above-described supporting racks 114 is fitted at the required place on base 110 and is made to rotate freely. At the same time, synchronozation adjusting mechanism 30, which turns supporting racks 114 by the same angle and in symmetry, is provided between right and left supporting racks 114. This adjusting mechanism 30 consists of screw rods 40 and 42 helically placed in different directions and screw piece 44. By turning screw piece 44, screw rods 40 and 42 are moved by the same amount in symmetry and supporting rack 114 is turned about supporting shaft 12 by the same angle, and thereby the rising and falling phenomena of each supporting roller are prevented.
