Abstract
PURPOSE:To make it possible to mold various types of resins only with an insert suitable for resins without exchanging a die, by means of the exchangeable insert comprising resin channels provided at the center of the extrusion die. CONSTITUTION:Various types of resins fed from the inlets 23a and 23b are widened in the width direction at the manifolds 19a and 19b, passed through the slant slits 22b and 22c, laminated at the junction 22e, and extruded through the slits 22a and 22d from the outlet 23c. In the thicknesses of the respective layers of the laminated film are uneven, the temperatures of the layers are controlled by the heaters 31 and 32 and the thickness uneveness is corrected by the flow rates and viscosities of the resins. In the tatal thickness of the laminated film (or sheeet) is uneven, the adjusting lip 24 is displaced by the bolts 26 and 25 to control the gap of the slit 22d. The insert 20 is exchangeable, and has channels suitable for various resins.
