Abstract
PURPOSE: To secure the monitor for the individual behavior inside the facilities for the on-the-spot control system comprising the individual identification signal transmitter plus plural units of receivers and monitor units by detecting and sending out the individual organism phenomenon via the transmitter.
CONSTITUTION: Individual identification signal transmitter 10 consists of signal generator 11 to identify the individual who is allowed to enter into the facilities, cardic sound detector 21 for the individual, converter 31 which combines both signals of generator 11 and detector 21 and convert them into the electric wave, and entenna 41 each. Thus, transmitter 10 emits the electric wave while being mounted to the individual. The electric waves from transmitter 10 are received through receivers 61W6n provided at the plural entering control divisions, and the information is sent to monitor device 7 individually. The individual identification signal and cardic sound signal are processed at device 7 to give various kinds of decision. As a result, the individual has no physical barrier to limit the action within the facilities. Furthermore, device 7 performs decision for the division where the individual is in presently, the case under which only the identification signal is received for a fixed time with no cardic sound signal received, the fact that transmitter 10 is not mounted to the individual and other facts. Thus, the individual behavior can be monitored.
