Abstract

By the instantaneous high density energy of the laser, the oxide film at the irradiated portion is destroyed and the solder is molten; hereby, the solder completely covers the newly reborn surface of the parent metal. Thus solder coated aluminum parts are mutually contacted with each other at their solder coated portions, and are heated to remelt the solder, and then are joined.
