Abstract
PURPOSE:In an electrostatic separating device utilizing a vibrating feeder, tip shaped material easy to have static electricity passes through the electrified absorption plate. By doing so, foreign material like iron tips and auxilizries can be separated for removing. CONSTITUTION:A vibration feeder; 5 and 8, is drived and a nylon tips 11 stuck with dust and iron powder is fed to a hopper 1 and it is discharged onto an absorption plate 2. On the other hand, a feeder 5 slides a brush support plate 4 to fore and backward in such a way that the front end of brush 3 makes a friction of lower part of the absorption plate 2 and then the absorption plate 2 is electrified forcibly. And the absorption plate 2 moves by the feeder 8 to the direction of an arrow giving the vibration to the nylon tip on the absorption plate. At this time, foreign material 12 like dust and iron powder is absorbed to the absorption plate having stronger electrification than nylon tip and it is absorbed to the absorption plate separating with the tip 11. Then, the tip 11 is transfered by the moving force of the vibrating feeder 8 to the direction of an arrow so as to fall on a receiving box 10.
