Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent the mast effectively from oscillation, by arranging a plurality of cylindrs, for centering the mast, which are pressing said mast from sideward being situated at sides of the mast and facing to one another from opposite side of said mast, further by providing some tubings associated with the above described. CONSTITUTION:Assuming that a mast 5 be displaced to push returning a rod 17 of the cylinder 11b, the fluid 23 is pushed out by a backward displacement of the rod 17 flowing toward another cylinder 11a and a fluid pressure regulator 12. A throttle valve 16, provided in a fluid path 13, is to produce a resistance for a movement of the fluid 23, and the generation of a viscous drag in the fluid 23, proportional to its passing speed in accordance with a throttling degree of the throttle valve 16, causes a reaction to work on the rod 17, pushed returinging by the mast 5, due to not only the pressure of the fluid 23 but the viscous drag. Consequently, the mast 5, in a state of oscillation, is applied a reaction of the rod 17, phushed back by the mast 5, in addition to the viscous drag of radiation shield water 3, with its oscillation damped as the result.
