Abstract
PURPOSE: To secure the simultaneous transcription of three colors onto the CRT panel surface by forming the pattern corresponding to the fluorescent substance formation area to the transcription board formed into the groove type, and forming the three-color fluorescent substance layer into the groove to be used as the trans- cribing substance.
CONSTITUTION: The Ni plating layer of about 20μm thick is coated selectively on copper plate 3, and then red, green and blue fluorescent past 5W7 are screen-printed in sequence at the fixed position.
