Abstract
PURPOSE: To make it possible to automatically detect the corona discharge with the use of a TV receiver thereby to improve the production efficiency by driving a test fly-back transformer with the use of the horizontal synchronous signals of the TV receiver.
CONSTITUTION: A TV receiver 1 is synchronized by a pattern generator 2, and a test fly-back transformer FBT 10 is driven by the signals, which are so shifted in phase at 8 to the center of the TV frame, so that the signals from the FBT 10 are fed to the antenna circuit at 4. And, the receiver 1 is used as the detector of corona discharge so that this discharge may be detected with the use of the brightness signals of the receiver 1.
