Therefore, the ringed portion 14b of a connecting rod 14 also makes circular motion and the whole structure of said connecting rod reciprocates in arrow A direction and in the opposite direction thereto. The reciprocating rotation of a rotary shaft 10 is caused by the reciprocating motion of said connecting rod 14 so that powder feed members 12 and 13 are rotated in arrow B direction and in the opposite direction thereto. The rotation of said powder feed members 12 and 13 makes gauzes 8 and 9 screen wheat powder.
