CONSTITUTION: Staphylokinase-producing bacteria, e.g. Staphylococcus aureus RL-TS (ϕ2), are cultured in a medium, and the staphylokinase-containing fraction of the medium is subjected to the affinity chromatography using a carrier having plasminogen to separate the pure staphylokinase.
