Abstract

PURPOSE: To miniaturize the device, improve the S/N ratio, and enhance the maneuverability, by using two shielding bodies having slits.
CONSTITUTION: A columnar grid 8 and a cylindrical grid 9 having convex and concave slits 10, 11 are assembled together by inserting the former into the latter, and are incorporated into a shutter 7. In this setup, since the film 1 is shielded from radiation from the object being inspected 4 by the upper or lower part of the shutter 7, when the shutter 7 is moved upwards at a constant speed, the cylindrical grid 9 rotates in synchronism, so that the slit 11 is always directed to the focal direction of an X-ray generation apparatus 13. And the X-ray having passed the object being inspected 4 through high speed rotation of the columnar grit 8 is radiated on the film 1 through slits 10, 11, so that radiograph may be taken continuously. In this constitution, since both grids 8, 9 are assembled in the sutter, the device may be miniaturized. Also, the S/N ratio may be improved by the double structure slits 10, 11. In addition, since the exposure time may be freely adjusted by adjusting the moving speed of the shutter 7, the maneuverability may be enhanced.
