Abstract

PURPOSE: To facilitate fitting work of a lock ring by such a construction that the flange of this lock ring is projected from the opening end face of the socket in order to make possible fastening work of the bolt and nut from outside the socket.
CONSTITUTION: The plug 2 is inserted in the socket 1, where the projection 8 of the plug 2 is located further inside the socket 1 than a lock ring 7. This lock ring 7 is fastened with a bolt and nut 11 until it comes into tight fit on the outer face of the plug 2. As the flange 8 of the lock ring 7 is projected from the opening end face of the socket 1, fastening of the bolt and nut 11 can be made outside the socket 1, that assures an easy fastening work and secure application of a lock ring for the purpose of separation prevention.
