Abstract
PURPOSE: To prepare a composite piezo-electric unit with high piezo-electricity and easy to process forming into thin film, by using polyfluorid vinylidene resin as an organic high molecular material and using a prescribed porcelain powder as an inorganic material, with a prescribed fluorin rubber used for the before said as a plasticizer.
CONSTITUTION: 20 to 95wt.% of polyfluorid vinylidene resin powder and cobalt tungstic acid titanic acid zirconium acid lead porcelain powder, with its particle diameter being, for instance, about 0.1 to 8μ, and 1 to 4wt.% of fluorin rubber, as a plasticizer, being composed of copolymer of ethylene chloride trifluoride and vinylidene fluoride or of copolymer of vinylidene fluoride and propylene hexafluoride, are mixed to be dispersed with a film or forming unit constructed. Subsequently, with a pair of electrodes attached to said film or forming unit by methods of evaporation, a polarization is operated at a temperature of 80 to 150°C in a DC field of 60 to 200KV/cm for more than 30 min., further with a cooling rapidly processed to the normal temperature under a condition with a voltage applied.
