Abstract
PURPOSE: A moldable polyamide resin composition having improved moldability, capable of forming a molded article with good appearance, obtained by blending a polyamide resin with an aluminum salt of an aliphatic carboxylic acid and an aliphatic carboxylic acid or its diol.
CONSTITUTION: A) A polyamide resin, e.g., a homopolymer of nylon 6, 66, etc., or a copolymer of nylon 6/66 etc, is blended with B 0.01W0.5 wt.%, preferably 0.03W 0.2 wt.% of an aluminum salt of a 12W20C aliphatic carboxylic acid, preferably aluminum atearate, and C) 0.01W0.3 wt.%, preferably 0.05W0.2 wt.% of a ≥22C aliphatic carboxylic acid or its diol ester, preferably ethylene glycol ester of montanic acid, to give a moldable polyaminde resin.
