Abstract

PURPOSE: To ensure the luminance control with quick response speed as well as to increase the control range by applying the detection signal and the difference signal featuring a prescribed set value as the control signals for the automatic transformer and the 2nd grid bias.
CONSTITUTION: The following units are provided: transformer 7 which controls the input voltage of high voltage generator 1; tetrode tube 4a and 5a which control the output of the high voltage generator to be given to the X-ray tube 6 provided between the high voltage generator and the X-ray tube; tetrode control unit 4 and 5 which consist of the circuit to control the 1st grid bias of the tetrode tube and the circuit to control the 2nd grid bias; circuit 20 which detects the X-ray image via tube 6 and others. Thus, the detection signal the difference signal of the prescribed set value are applied as the control signals for transformer 7 and the 2nd grid bias.
