Abstract
PURPOSE: To control for flattening core power by simplifying control system with installation of reflux type control tube and scram control rod independently, arrangement of respective control tube group concentrically in facing outward from the core and addition of monitor hemogeneity.
CONSTITUTION: Reflux type control tube 7 is provided with a plurality of control slender tubes 7b within sheath body 7a having a cross section of cross shape. The low end opening 7c incorporated with sheath body 7a is provided with inlet 7d and outlet 7e to intake/discharge neutron control material solution such as boric acid solution. On the other hand, respective control tube group IIIa, IIIb, IIIc composed of reflux type control tube 7 wherein respective concentration of neutron control material solution is different is arranged concentrically in facing outward direction from the center of core. This enables the core power to control in flattening condition. Then,for neutron control material solution a monitor substance is added in boric acid solution to measure the concentration of boric acid.
