CONSTITUTION: When actuating a change-over valve 13, a hydraulic pressure motor 10 is turned while the drive pressure of the motor 10 is applied to a pressure chamber R1. When the loads of the motor 10 are little, a spool 17 is located at positions as shown in the figure, a piston 12 is held to a left end of a cylinder 11 and the motor 10 is turned in large displacement volume. When the loads increase and the oil pressure (P1) of the pressure chamber R1 surpasses the force of a spring 18, the spool 17 right moves, thus shifting the piston 12 to a right end of the cylinder 11, then rotating the motor 10 is small displacement volume.
