Abstract

PURPOSE: To accomplish reliable location control merely through addition detecting signals to an offering line by impressing the offering signals, which accord to the rise and break of the mark detecting signals of microfilm, upon a computer.
CONSTITUTION: Optically detecting signals of the mark b of microfilm F are impressed at one hand upon a differentiation circuit 10 through an AND circuit 6 and an OR circuit 9 and at the other upon the circuit through an inverting circuit 7, an AND circuit 8 and the OR circuit 9. In accordance with the differential outputs of the same polarity of the circuit 10, the inconductions of the circuits 6 and 8 are controlled through a trigger type FF 12. The differential output is impressed as offering signals upon a computer 11. Thus, the computer accomplishes the location, while control words being at a high level, in response to the first differential output, and interrupts the counting operation, while the control words being at a low level, in response to the second differential output. Thus, it is possible to accomplish the reliable location control of the microfilm merely by impressing the detecting signals upon a single offering line.
