Abstract
PURPOSE:To form a homogeneous and uniform film of vanadium dioxide near a stoichiometric composition by adding vanadium pentaoxide into an electrolytic solution of borax, glacial acetic acid and water to be nearly saturated for sharpening the thermo-sensing characteristic.
