Abstract
PURPOSE:To enhance the spring constants of two pneumatic springs for an automotive fluid cushion suspension system by separating one pneumatic spring from the other by operating a limit switch when more than predetermined bump or rebound occurs at the suspension arm of the suspension system while two pneumatic springs are operated in the ordinal loading stage of the arm, by providing an electromagnetic changeover valve between the two pneumatic springs.
