PURPOSE: To provide a heat exchanger, wherein fins are coated with more than 20μ of an abraisive having superior corrosion resistance, as well as the fins are fixed by means of a plurality of wires being pierced through said fins during manufacturing process, whereby the fins are not moved to the direction opposite to that of winding by vibration even if the coated film would be deteriorated to make the fins be easily loosened.
