Abstract
PURPOSE: To provide highly active compound oxide catalyst containing three components, of which titanium oxide is a principal component, and boron oxide is a special component. The catalyst keeps excellent strength and durability in the reduction of NOx contained in exhaust gas in the presence of NH3, and shows no deterioration in activity with sulfuric acid mist.
