Abstract
PURPOSE: To regenerate catlayst easily and effectively by washing manganese oxide catlayst with water which has become deteriorated in catalytic activity through the reaction with SOx, and by electrodepositing manganese oxide once again on the metallic substratum when the manganese oxide layer decreases through the repeated washing.
