Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent the formation of graphite at the surface of steel sheet os far as possible, by regulating the ratio of CO2/CO in the annealing gas containing NNX gases as th e main components, when the recrystallization annealing of the low carbon steel sheet is carride out after the cold rolling.
