Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain a circuit of a low oscillation start voltage characteristic where power consumption is low and variation is small and the oscillation start voltage is not affected by back gate effect, by constituting the circuit with a feedback circuit having a crystal oscillator, C-IGFET and a resistance.
