Abstract
PURPOSE:To enhance the coupling efficiency between a laser beam and an optical fiber by mounting the optical fiber at an angle of inclination substantially equal to the irradiation angle of the laser beam directly upon a semiconductor laser of embedded type, which is made operative at a leak position, and upon a semiconductor laser which is operative to transmit the horizontal primary mode in a stable manner.
