Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent a tank from deformation and destruction, by supporting the bottom plate with piles driven down to the depth of non-frozen foundation and forming an appropriate clearance between the bottom plate and frozen ground right below the bottom plate so that the upward pressure of the frozen ground never affect the bottom plate.
