Abstract
PURPOSE:Section of an outer circumferential edge of a tool is shaped into disc form to correspond to a sectional shape of a groove to be machined. Outer circumference of the tool is allowed to rotate whike the tool is opposed to a workpiece. Increase in machining efficiency and accuracy and reduction of cost of machining are accomplished.
