Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent the softening, reduction in the diameter and thermal deformation of a pipe due to heat of the heating source of a quartz pipe by forming a specific clad layer on the inner wall of the quartz pipe, thus lowering glass synthesizing temperature at the time of clad lamination.
