Abstract
PURPOSE: To isolate the high-purity glutathione by adjusting the pH of the glutathione-containing solutions, wherein amino acids and inorganic salts are also present, to 2.0 or below and then treating the said solutions with porous resins having no exchange group, which consist of styrene-divinyl benzene copolymers.
