Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain under-coat liquid compositions which are capable of ensuring a strong adhesion between polyester film surface and photographic emulsion layer even though a special surface treatment is not applied to the polyester film, and besides capable of forming under-coat layers having a sufficient adhesive strength enough to stand a high-speed treatment and a change with the lapse of time.
