PURPOSE: Methacrolein, methacrylic acid and 1,3-butadiene are effectively prepared at low temperature by reacting tert-butyl alcohol, iso-butylene and n-butene with mixture gas containing O2 in the presence of catalyst containing Co, Zn,etc.
