【発明の詳細な説明】
【0001】〔発明の属する技術分野〕本発明は、ゴミ
焼却で発生する有害物質を含む排煙を無煙化し、かつ有
害物質などを除去する装置に関するものである。
【0002】〔従来の技術〕ゴミ焼却による排煙には、
ダイオキシンなど多くの有害物質が含まれていて従来は
煙突を高くしたり、気流を利用して大気中に飛散させ有
害物質を拡散させる方法や、煙を完全燃焼させ有害物質
を減少させる方法などはあるが有害物質などの除去率は
低く、大気汚染などによる環境への影響が大きく、現在
でも問題化しているのが現状である。
【0003】〔発明が解決しようとする課題〕本発明
は、ゴミ焼却で発生する有害物質を含む排煙を無煙化
し、煙を大気中に飛散させないで、有害物質などを除去
することを課題とする。
【0004】〔課題を解決するための手段〕煙突15の
上部に煙道管16、煙フィルター18及び第1自動調節
弁5を設け、それらを本体タンク1の底部に接続し、本
体タンク1には攪拌機2、水位検知器3及び給水ノズル
4を設ける。また本体タンク1の内部に煙道管16より
上昇する煙17を濃煙状態で閉じ込め、給水ノズル4で
水19を満水にすることで煙17と水19を全体的に接
触させ、かつ攪拌機2で攪拌し融合させることで煙水2
0をつくる。この煙水20を本体タンク1の下部に第2
自動調節弁6と煙水フィルター7及び煙水移送ポンプ
8、砂濾過材11、活性炭吸着剤12、繊維濾過材13
を設けることで段階的に通過させ、処理水出口14から
クリーンな処理水を流すシステムにする。
【0005】〔発明実施の形態〕以下、図面に示す実施
の形態について説明する。
【0006】〔構成〕煙突15の上部に煙道管16、煙
フィルター18及び第1自動調節弁5を設け、それらを
本体タンク1の底部に接続し、本体タンク1には攪拌機
2、水位検知器3及び給水ノズル4を設ける。また本体
タンク1の内部に煙道管16より上昇する煙17を濃煙
状態で閉じ込め、給水ノズル4で水19を満水にするこ
とで煙17と水19を全体的に接触させ、かつ攪拌機2
で攪拌し融合させることで煙水20をつくる。この煙水
20を本体タンク1の下部に第2自動調節弁6と煙水フ
ィルター7及び煙水移送ポンプ8、砂濾過材11、活性
炭吸着剤12、繊維濾過材13を設けることで段階的に
通過させ、処理水出口14からクリーンな処理水を流す
システムを有する構造にしたものである。
【0007】〔実施例〕煙突15から煙道管16より上
昇する煙17を煙フィルター18と第1自動調節弁5を
通過させ、本体タンク1の内部全体に煙17を濃煙状態
で閉じ込め第1自動調節弁5と第2自動調節弁6を閉に
し、給水ノズル4で水19を給水し、水位検知器3で満
水を確認後、攪拌機2で煙17と水19を攪拌し融合さ
せることで煙水20をつくる。この煙水20を煙水フィ
ルター7及び煙水移送ポンプ8で移送し、砂濾過材1
1、活性炭吸着剤12、繊維濾過材13を通過させ、ク
リーンな処理水を流す。また給水ノズル4よりバイパス
水21を常に煙水移送ポンプ8で移送し、かつ煙水20
を一定間隔で流すことにより、本装置の自動洗浄ととも
に本プロセスの連続運転ができる。さらに砂濾過材11
と活性炭吸着剤12、繊維濾過材13を上下に2ユニッ
ト設けてあるので、本装置の運転を止めないでメンテナ
ンスが容易にできる。

で、無煙のままで有害物質を効果的かつ容易に除去でき
