Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize the efficient crushing and mixing operation by a vibration mill by installing a vibration means which is filled with a medium for crushing or mixing, on a drum supported elastically by a mounted spring. 【発明の実施の形態】 本発明の実施例について説明す

グ5を設けた弾性支持されたドラム1に、粉砕あるいは
混合するための媒体4を充填し、振動手段3を取り付
け、これを電動機10にて起動することにより、ドラム
1に充填された媒体4が運動する。媒体はボール、ロッ
ド、シリンダー等の鋼及びステンレス鋼、セラミック、
等を使用する。また機械的バランスを取るために重り2
をドラムに取り付ける。図例では振動手段3に、電動機
10からユニバーサルジョイント11を介して回転動力
を伝達し振動を発生させる。この振動の発生方法とし
て、電動機10を使用する代わりに、それ自身が振動手
段3となる振動モーターを使用することも可能である。
この場合は電動機10、ユニバーサルジョイント11は
不要となる。また図5に示したようにドラム1の大きさ
が大きくなるにつれて振動手段3、及び重り2は、その
ドラム1の大きさとその中に充填される媒体の重さによ
